- Market or town (optional).
- Phone / WhatsApp.
- Email address (optional).
- Additional information about your business (optional).

In addition, the server may temporarily process technical connection data, such as the IP address, to protect the form against spam and abuse.
If you write to us by WhatsApp, email or social media, we will process the data you include in your message in order to reply.
3. What we use it for
We process your data in order to:
- Handle your request and contact you by the means you have given us.
- Prepare the free demo proposal, which is always based on The Showcase model.
- Manage, where applicable, a future contract if you decide to go ahead.
- Protect the form against abusive use.
We do not use this data to send you advertising or marketing campaigns automatically. If we ever wanted to, we would tell you first and rely on an appropriate legal basis.
4. Legal basis
Handling your request and preparing the free demo is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR).
Protecting the form against spam and abuse is based on our legitimate interest in the security of the service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
If you become a customer, we will process the data needed to perform the contract and comply with applicable legal obligations (Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
The privacy-policy checkbox on the form confirms that you have been informed; on its own it is not the legal basis for the processing.
5. How long we keep your data
If your request does not lead to a contract, we will keep your data for a maximum of six months from the last interaction related to your request, unless a legal obligation or another ground justifies a different period.
If you become a customer, we will keep the data for the duration of the contract and afterwards for the periods required by law (for example, tax and accounting obligations).
Once those periods have passed, the data is deleted or, where the law requires, blocked. Requests are deleted manually by the owner.
6. Recipients and providers
We do not pass your data to third parties for their own purposes. To provide the service we use technology providers who access the data only as far as necessary:
- Vercel Inc.: website hosting.
- Namecheap, Inc.: domain registration and professional email, where requests are received.
- Resend: sends the form requests to the owner's email.
We may also disclose data to public authorities when required by law.
7. International transfers
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. In that case, transfers must rely on an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another safeguard provided for in the GDPR.
8. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to hola@raizislas.com and stating which right you wish to exercise. We may ask you to prove your identity.
If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
9. WhatsApp and social media
If you get in touch through WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook, those platforms process your data as independent controllers under their own policies. We only process the data you send us in order to reply.
10. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data, such as validating information on the server and limiting abusive submissions.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always the one published on this page.
